BABYLONIA is a centre for language-learning and for political meetings and discussions, for cultural presentations and exhibitions. Babylonia was founded in 1980 in a then-squatted factory in Berlin-Kreuzberg. We are an autonomous collective, where ten and sometimes more languages are spoken. So don’t expect a designer language institute and “blackboard-lectures”, rather rooms we’ve decorated ourselves and teachers, who want to hear about your interests and experiences.
